4. Pricing

5. Orders

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.

Once an order has entered production, it may no longer be changed or canceled.

8. Returns & Refunds

Because our products are custom made specifically for each customer, we generally do not accept returns due to:

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographs of the issue.

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
